Changed the pipe walk at mid to walkways
Removed some cover for attackers at last
Fixed the doors out of spawn
Fixed some sightlines
Re-routed vent flank, and the area it used to lead to to the houses at mid.
Adjusted geometry at mid to feel less cramped.

The overtime auto roll-forward now starts out much slower (5%) and ramps up to slightly faster than before (26%) over a minute and a half.
The cart lift now descends upon one team winning.
Cart now moves at 70% from the rollback all the way to the cap point, instead of being 50% on just the rollbacks.
Changed some textures to hopefully make the map more cohesive, primarily the large buildings near mid are now brick.
Added holographic signs in spawn that disable when setup ends.
