Refining geometry

Reworked neutral shack into a cliff with a mineshaft going through it.
Refined office and spiral stair geometry
Fixed the capture point crashing clients
Fixed building through spawn gates
Added entity to prevent frozen statues forming in unreachable places

Reworked layout to be tighter and easier to understand. Artpassed the map. Little touch-ups coming in RC2.

Artpass touch-ups!

Reworked the exterior facade to be way more dramatic and thematically cohesive.
Touch-ups all around. Removed full health from office, replaced medium health at the death pit with a full one instead. Added a medium health right before the grand upper office for more back-and-forth action.
