Yes, I need a model of a ball. It doesn't have to have a perfectly smooth surface, but what I really really need it for is so that I can apply this texture to it:

It looks REALLY ugly when I try to make a brush out of it.

Something like this is so simple that you could make it with Blender and one tutorial, even if you've not used a modelling program before.
