AutoCube & AutoNav
Compile automation tools
The new generation of tools for Cubemap and nav file generation is here. There's been a need for new innovations in this space as source engine branches are growing further apart and the original projects featured in CompilePal no longer meet the diverse requirements of the source ecosystem. What's new? well, no one solution works for every game. AutoCube and AutoNav both have a collection of solutions at their disposal and will adjust their strategy according to what game executable they are presented with. The goal is to give you the perfect compile everytime.

The random benefits of this new implementation:
- In some cases, we're able to trigger nav_generate during the map load. Doing both in parallel speeds up the process considerably.
- The game client no longer needs to restart inbetween generating HDR and LDR cubemaps.
- You can now leave your game client open. AutoCube and AutoNav will hijack your game if possible or automatically restart where needed.

Both are compatible with CompilePal and Hammer's expert compiler. Just follow the included readme for installation instructions.

These are in early development, consider these as experimental. Give them a shot and make sure to report back if you encounter any weird behavior. These may be included as a replacement within CompilePal eventually.

P.S.: L4D 1-2 are not supported atm. That engine branch is particularly difficult to interact with.
P.P.S.: This is VAC safe. We interact with the game client in creative ways, but always through avenues that the game client provides by design.
