Atrium - Shocking!

Atrium is a 2cp attack/defense map inspired by a particular segment from the puzzle/platformer INSIDE. What foul contraptions do RED possess, and why does BLU want them so badly? The world may never know.

Special thanks to yoshimario2000 for the custom gate model.

Changelog:
-Fixed broken RED spawn
-Rerouted staircase outside BLU spawn to make upper route to A take longer to get to
-Adjust geo behind A to give RED a place to stand
-Moved BLU forward spawn; when A is capped, its floor moves to reveal the forward spawn
-Made area between A and B less wide, rerouted entrances to A and B to compensate
-Added cover in needed locations
-Changed dynamic bridge at last into static bridge due to aforementioned changes

To do: fix lighting in some areas (and testing obv)
