Changelog:
-Fixed broken RED spawn
-Rerouted staircase outside BLU spawn to make upper route to A take longer to get to
-Adjust geo behind A to give RED a place to stand
-Moved BLU forward spawn; when A is capped, its floor moves to reveal the forward spawn
-Made area between A and B less wide, rerouted entrances to A and B to compensate
-Added cover in needed locations
-Changed dynamic bridge at last into static bridge due to aforementioned changes
