Yes, the Uber update broke Demos, some of them work, others don't. it may be best to use replays while this is getting fixed... blame Valve, its a well known issue atm.

Stick with demos, a guy on Facepunch made a program that converts them to replays.

Well, tf2 doesn't like using the demo files, so its going to be glitchey. I'm still looking into this and there might be a fix.
Well thats all, keep in mind, this is in beta. Any suggestions will be considered.
