So, I have this problem where I keep making my maps too small - even with a PlayerStart as a guide.
I'm getting better through practice, but right now I'm only testing maps for myself in alpha stages and I realise that having a corridor only wide enough to clear one person is a bad idea in TF2.
I have a reference in my bookmarks for actual heights of entities (teleports, a crouch-jump etc) but what I'd like to know is if there are some good, well-used measurements - even rough, ballpark figures - for basic things like "a small room", "a medium room", "hallway width", "roof heights in a clearing", etc.
If any of you have found some nice benchmark figures that work, please share them as it would save me a lot of heartache.
