mapping help - Props not spawning propperly in game

okay so I downloaded a new PL bomb prop being the barrel bomb
(link: https://tf2maps.net/downloads/barrel-bomb.487/)
in Hammer it shows up bun when the map is compiled and running in TF2, the prop isn't there.
any help?

Did you pack it into your map? If not it may not appear.

If you don't want to pack it in and have it in your folders, set sv_pure to 0 or -1 (0 may work, but -1 is better).

Did you accidently make it a prop_static?

yes it was prop_static

always check the info tab on a prop to know which type it is compatible with. That model must be a prop_dynamic, not prop_static.
