The geometry looks really interesting, I would love to see how it plays. Also, you might want to disable shadows on those wall details for now since they look really dark (but who cares)

Your map's clip brushes are too low (at the beggining of the map) or they do not exist at all (at the end). It's an easy fix, you just raise the height of your clip brushes to the height of your skybox, but it's REALLY necessary. Also your skybox is a cube, which leads to poor optimalisation. There's a lot of visible nodraw, it looks goofy.

There is a lot of things you need to change about the layout, which I can go over in parts... I noticed that you were already going to the detail step of your map for some of these areas. Early stages of alpha should concentrate on layout more.

I didn't compile with lighting settings so for next update, it will be fixed. But its Alpha so I'm not worrying about it

Lack of clipping at the end is because I will make it a cliff. For the cube skybox, I am planning to change it as soon as the layout is set in stone so don't worry. :) This map is actually unbelievably early in development so for now, I just left the nodraw textures. Again, I'm waiting to test in gameday.

Detailing is a result of not being able to test the layout. (not the greatest excuse) I won't do that anymore.

For the cube skybox, I am planning to change it as soon as the layout is set in stone so don't worry.
Even if the layout isn't done and the map is in alpha, you should make a proper skybox. It will cut down on compile times and last time I checked it helps fps too.
