Need Cinematic winter map (reward)

Hello everyone.
I'm looking for a free (experienced) mapper who would like to make a map for a decent reward.
The reward is negotiable, but for now, let's say 5 keys.

About map. It's small-medium sized map with Winter & Alpine theme.
Some details:

• Winter Theme map
• A medium house in center
• Focus on interior (props inside of the house)
• No balcony
• Exterior is not very important
• Day Light map
• Cinematic map!
• 3-5 rooms

I will repeat again, the reward is negotiable. I don't know how much it costs to make a map nor how long does it take.

Funny how the most detailed request i've seen for a long time is also from a film maker that is somewhat well known.

Might try for the practice, but don't cross your fingers or anything.

You might want to tell what teh colours mean. I get that the lightblue are doorways, but the darker blue looks to me like it could be a staircase to either a basement or a 1st floor. Please do explain.

Red is a chimney
Blue is a windows (with view on outside)
Bright-Green is a snowed trees on outside
Green is a tree inside (needs to be resized down so it can fit)
Dark Blue is for upstairs which isn't important. It's just for look.
