You really need to provide more information, both on what you want and how much you're willing to pay. A serious map can take over 100 hours of work to develop, while stuff like idle maps (you wouldn't believe ow many we requests we get one these) can be made within a few hours.

Payment is not half as important as awakening the interest of the mapper. No one wants to sniff up someone to hear whether their idea is good - you'll have to awake interest in your request.

Also you're asking people to map for a mod while giving zero information about it, we would have absolutely no idea how much effort is required.
