This is a community-made map to simply try and get people to use Hammer that never have before. I did something similar in the past and just felt like doing it again. This time it is Hide and Seek...essentially a stripped down Prophunt without props or mods/plugins.

BLU has 60 seconds to hide.
After which Red has 4 mins to find and kill all of BLU.
During the "seek" period, BLU is stunned to prevent fighting back.

The community members were given a room template to fill up, and I did the rest. As you can see in the last two screenshots, some rooms were better than others.
I realize this is more of a "serious mode" community, but I figured you would at least appreciate the 'encouraging the community' part of it. It was all in good fun.

For now, until I can find away around it, teams only switch/scramble after 3 wins in a row like all arenas.

Wow this sounds good. I take it the whole hide and seek parts within the map instead of having to have certain things? (I know you said something about it in the description but just wanted to make sure).

The only thing custom in the map is textures/sounds/models.
It's a mixed bag of different elements of certain game modes but mostly arena. It does have its limitations like not having a visual timer (because it is arena) and most importantly unable to switch sides until it scrambles after 3 consecutive wins. If anyone knows how to get around that and actually force a switch every round I would love you forever - i tried the entities that involve switching after every round but tf_logic_arena overwrites it. Other than that, it works fine.

and thanks :)

So what makes for a good hiding spot, Blue would stand out I think? The map must be huge if you get 4 mins to look through it all.

well they are stunned but they are not immobile. What makes for a good hiding spot, you ask? Well there are things like no-collision piles of leaves, small compartments, etc, but nothing that you couldn't get in and out of without simply walking into it. no hidden buttons or anything. Its B1 so i can tweak times and stuff.

Oh wow, I misread it as "arena condom". Shortly after the koth_handjob thing too.

Sounds like an interesting concept. I'm interested.

That last one is pretty cool, I must say. I hope they slowly bob up and down.
