A simple model that came to surface after Matt and me decided we shall do something realistic. In the end i scrapped the realistic result and just compiled for tf2

INSTRUCTIONS:
Simply extract the rar-archive in your according "materials"-
and "models"-folders in your TF-directory:
Materials:
C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\username\team fortress 2\tf\materials\custom_models\cone_barrier
