Ultiduo Swine b06

An update porting over various changes I made to this map's Ultitrio variant. Changes are such:

• Added roof above stairs
• Lowered area outside the high spawn
• Added ramp to behind billboard
• Moved trains back
• Added ammo by the bike

- Added some miscellaneous fixes and improvements to the detailing;
- Added pigeon spikes to the walls with the maps;
- Added a step up to the point from the stairs;
And some other stuff I've forgotten.
