+20% extra damage.
+10% health on kill.
+Has the ability to charge like demoman.
(ps. unlike demoman, heavy's charge doesn't erase negative effects like fire or jarate.)
-15% movement speed.
-10% attack speed.
All the health medkit's health output is reduced by half.
Medics cant overheal you.
-Can't use primary.
-Can't use secondary.
