Multi Stage Skyscraper a1_s1

This is vip_skyscraper, a special vscript vip map! In it, BLU must fight into, then up, a RED-owned skyscraper over the course of 3 stages, before escaping in a helicopter.

Note that I only have the first stage as of version a1, I want to make sure it flows decently well in testing before I move on to the next one.
