Mainly fixed a few nasty bugs related to water.
- Fixed missing textures related to water
- Possibly fixed issues with underwater visibility
- Fixed incorrect water on certain DirectX levels
- Clipped off grates and battlement windows (Mainly meant for Bots)
- Brightened up basements
- Brightened some lights in the staircase
