- fixed the coal displacements on mid being asymmetrical and wrong
the general intent with this update is to make it much easier for defending teams to retake the middle of the map. most of the changes here give defenders more options in that regard.

- raised the floor on the shack side entrance to mid
- changed the lobby accordingly
- raised the shack very slightly
- rotated the door leading from lobby to shack by 45 degrees

- added a one way window to the shutter on mid that allows attackers to see the point

  • made the announcer function
  • made the flag neutral upon dropping
  • reduced spawn wave times for the attacking team
  • fixed players being able to stand on the roof on the right side of the cap area

thank you to everyone who gave feedback during the first playtest! while i've seen people propose that this map might fare better as a conventional ctf map or in another gamemode, i've decided to keep it as is and will do so until i manage to get to a point where i believe it is impossible to improve the map geometry to make the gamemode work better
- disabled cap crits (hopefully)
- fixed the blu base cap zone being assigned to blu instead of red ty scrly for pointing this out
