a2 changelog:

- added powerups that spawn every time the coaster crosses mid
- scrungled around some geometry
it's been six months since i wrote this i don't remember what it means
- stopped players being able to shoot over the coaster station into enemy last
- fixed missing respawnroomvisualiser on red side
no idea where that went lol
- upped pumpkin bomb count from 15 at a time to 22
- players near the splashdown are soaked as the coaster passes through
- brightened environment lighting
- added small ammo in coaster tunnel routes, mainly for spies
- rudimentary hinting
