Added oneway windows to BLU spawn
1st checkpoint gives extra time
Reduced sightlines
New path layout
Better lighting
-New light entities
-Changed light_env, so it's no longer "black and white"
Teams are no longer forced to spawncamp
-Added a door to the top of the dropdown that closes after setup ends
The map scale did NOT change
