-Extra lighting

Update based on feedback
-More informational decor.
-Some flanks open up and close down as checkpoints are captured.
used incorrect compile option on last compile
-Placed informative overlays
-Bigger doors
-RED spawn door window faces the right way
-BLU func_respawnroomvisualizer no longer z-fights
-Placed tracks to indicate payload path
-Paths open up as the cart progresses.
Added oneway windows to BLU spawn
1st checkpoint gives extra time
Reduced sightlines
New path layout
Better lighting
-New light entities
-Changed light_env, so it's no longer "black and white"
Teams are no longer forced to spawncamp
-Added a door to the top of the dropdown that closes after setup ends
The map scale did NOT change
-It was part of the base idea

Correctly expanded BLU spawn.
Added overlays below health and ammo packs.
They said there is lighting.
