I love Dirty Bomb
This is the third release of AlexEatDonut's unreleased maps , a series of stuff i made a while back and that i never released out of shame.
This map was made in September 2019 to December 2019.
It all started when i was playing Dirty Bomb in 2018, I was good at it and loved it. Early on in my mapping life I wanted to port the subway map but couldn't figure it out. The map file was lost to time. Over a year and a half later I tried to dip my toes into making a Dirty Bomb map in TF2 again. I knew it wasn't compatible, but i wanted to see how far I could push it.
And so I made the map Castle in TF2.
This map was finished a very long time ago, but was never properly "finished". I wanted to put in a lot of gimmicks for it to be an april fools map. At one point I wanted some custom announcer voice lines.... they were very...cringe. And very 2019.
This map is fully functional, and while you could tell it's the same map as in Dirty Bomb, I made some changes. I really would like to remake it with proper logic and side objectives, like in the original game.
