I tried to balance the map out more by adding some more advantages for red.
Major changes include:

-reduced the amount of time blu gets after capturing every point
-moved red spawn a bit
-added a large door to point C to slow down blu
-added more high ground and cover for red at point C
-decreased the size of a flank near point C
-removed an ugly sightline near point C
-removed a flank that would open after C was captured
-added a window up in the wall next to the final terminus at blu's high ground
-added more details such as stairs, textures and overlays
Major changes include:

-added a tonemap_ctrl to reduce brightness
-removed flank routes near A, B, C and final to give defenders a better chance
-fixed an issue where red players could still utilise the forward spawn after B was captured
-reduced a few sightlines
-moved control points, health, ammo and added more cover to give defenders a better chance
