kill trigger added to underorld, changed layout of underworld.

Smaller underworld, started on skybox, flame made smaller and removed smoke

Half the walk from spawn to mid, changed the building to a outdoor area, blocked a sigh line

arrow added so you nolonger think you are going to a empty room
invincible trigger added to the underworld spawns
you are now healed then leaving the underworld.
