Offshore Tricky Biz's Map Signs 0.4

• Added 42 more textures (now 92 textures in total)
• Fixed an issue with some textures having a pixel size border at distances because I didnt press clamp-all in VTFedit, download and overwrite current textures with this version to fix them!

This is likely the final update to this asset pack unless something is wrong/broken.

Im a tool, the offshore map pack file path doesnt work, reverted it and can confirm it works now. Download this version.

Also added offshore tag in materials/keywords so its easy to find them. Sorry for the anyone who downloaded and it didnt work

-Updated material directory in coordinance with Offshores asset pack directory.
-Updated one of the hazard signs to say "Danger" instead of "Hazard"
-Added 2 new blue life ring textures

I'll add alot more textures mid-end month in bulk, keep an eye out for it!
