Mann Co Sign Without Struts V2.1

Minor Update, should be the last. The model has been edited and so that it looks cleaner to use in hammer and so the prop doesn't get "fucky" with physics because of a non-contoured bounding box.

Finished this up after posting the first version (And forgetting not to post screenshots :/ ) and thinking there was something wrong with the .qc rather than the model viewer (because MV was set up to look up the crap in tf subfolders, again :/ ). Screenshots coming soon.
