King of the "moving" hill

  1. First update after first playtest :)

    *Added a 1-way drop to make flanking easier
    *More and bigger pickups
    *Added another REAL way to reach 3rd stage of controlpoint
    *Started adding textures
    *Removed killroom (due to poor logic implementation and player feedback)

    *Fixed func_respawnroom not reaching the whole spawn
    *Blocked engi's from building underwater
    *Few minor bugfixes
