Koth Bread Pit A5

A5 Changes:
*Added lightpoles with health and ammo on them to the sides
*Added pumpkin bombs
*Added healing springs to the corners and edges of the maps (the corner ones aren't visible at the moment, I'm having troubles with them.
*Added some paths over the pit.

Changed the cover a bit and the spawns so that they aren't as camp-able
fixed the blue resupplies
fixed the red spawn being enter-able
made death pits under the rare spells
made some of the ramps steeper to be trimp-able
added 4 trimp ramps to the small health pack/ ammo pack ramps at the base level near spawns

Added cover between the spawns and the top and shortened that distance

A2, Fixed the spawns to actually work for only 1 team and open AND close
Made the capture point icon visible
Changed the grates on the the main platform and added caution tape to the smaller holes
