CTF map for the 72hr jam, I don't think I'll be able to get past an a1 with the time I have, but I wanted to do something.

Yes, the map name is a pun on "Joe Q. Public"

    I'll work on figuring out a better way of implementing the drop down later but have these quick fixes for now -removed the timer -lowered the respawn timer -added some geo around the flag
