Dynamite a1
RED and BLU are now fighting with two less points, but at least the point they do have is dynamic.
This is the koth version of my map, Dynamite. I am going to use this koth version to try and refine my mid and make a fun playable map all round.

- Last is no more, and is replaced with a new spawn all together.
- Health and ammo packs have been moved around to try and influence where to move around in the map
- Added a handrail on the conveyor to make it difficult to fall off
- Adjusted euphoric levels
- Made lower mid less open
