ctf_2fort event final fix 5

- repacked content
- stuff

- tweaked a few areas

- fixed wrong textures

- Made theming more consistent for both sides
- touched up some details
- made the HHH spawn every 20 mins instead of 10
- removed hell as it didnt really add much to the map. might add it back in idk.

- fixed some issues
- fixed issue that made two hhh spawn
