Major Changes:
• The neutral intelligence in mid now requires going to the enemy base to capture
• When a team member has the neutral intel the other teams intel will be disabled and sent to their base until the neutral intel is returned or is captured
• Made the neutral intel tower more open
• Added doors to block sniper sightlines
Minor Changes:
• Added nobuild triggers nearby the intelligence
• Removed the diaper skybox
• Added an info_observer_point
Bug Fixes:
• Fixed a bug allowing explosive classes to get out of bounds
• Fixed a bug allowing anybody to get into any spawnroom
