Not made for the Rule of Three contest.
A map attempting to spice up the ctf format by having a neutral flag that you can capture by taking it to the enemy base. When somebody on your team takes the neutral flag the enemies flag will be sent back to their base and disabled until the neutral flag is either taken by the enemy, captured, or returned.
