Due to popular (singular?) demand, here is the logic setup I use for this gamemode. Currently used in ctf_penthouse, originally tested in ctf_enhancedtemplate.
Prefab may be added to in the future once I put more I/O bells and whistles in, but the basics of the gamemode are here:

Notes: I advise placing the gates so they are obvious from the cap point
HUD icons included in pack need to be saved in tf/materials/sprites/obj_icons/custom and manually packed
