Patch Notes:

- changed security fence to establish map boundaries
- extended fence at B so that blu can no longer skip it
- fixed a clipped ceiling at A
- made all lamps non-solid
- removed the long empty room at C to create more outdoor space
- changed all glass to security glass to make it more visible
- made route to A more obvious for red
- moved blu spawn further back from A and created a new gorge-style starting courtyard for blu
- re-arranged blu spawn doors to make it less campable
- made route from B to C more obvious for blu
- made grassy areas nicer :)
the skybox and cubemaps weren't correctly packed last time so hopefully this fixes it
