reworked blu spawn exits to provide slightly more variety
made all ramps at the flank exit scalable
lowered blu respawn time
added filters to blu's spawn doors
revised the area around point-A
cart does damage to those that block it
extended a building in B to remove a sightline
added signage
Removed the entire area infront of BLU spawn and pushed said spawn further up to cut-down on walk time to A
