Asym2 cp_highground B7

Changes:

- Totally redid C
- Re-addeed flank at A
- Make hallways nicer and less straight (thanks to @Muddy's suggestions)
Minor Fixes with props and doors
Changes:

- Added one-way door at a
- Closed in blue spawn area
- Made B easier to cap
Changes:

- Redid B and surrounding area
BIG change:

- Made the giant rocket launch if RED wins
- Made the laser blow up the rocket if BLU wins
Changes:

- Made C look awesome
- Opened up B in hopes that it'll be harder to cap
- Improved BLU spawn
Just updated the file.

- Moved last a little further form points
- Moved red spawn back
- Added rocket death pit
