-Fixed missing roof

-Opened a window leading to right flank on C from B
-Added large cover to cut sightlines from Reds last spawn to the exit from B
-Closed the window on left flank of C to give Blu more cover when attacking

-Fixed some lighting, soundscape, and displacement bugs
-Added signs to lessen the confusion for new players
-Added no entry signs to one way doors
-Flipped the building immediately outside Blu spawn, so it is now useful for Blu
-Added a one way door near the underground exit of Blu spawn
-Expanded the exit to Blu's underground route on A
-Fixed some props not having collision
-Fixed being able to stand on certain doors
