cos gamemode using pd game logic version 1
Used in cos_pilfer_a11.
Instead of using rd logic, this uses pd logic meaning that it is more customizable. However, the 'thief' UI element does not seem to work with this game logic so there needs to be another way to make the stolen flag more apparent such as using tf_glow on the intels.
