Construction a3

This will probably be last update for now
Point A:
Added walkways and small entrance into the point
Point B:
Removed the one-way door on the BLU balcony(I bet this one wasn't even known because map was tested once)
Point C:
I don't quite remember what I changed because the version was made a week ago, then I wanted to drop the map, but decided to update this
for the last time, right now I have other things I would like to try out

Added point-dependant(forward) spawns for RED and BLU
Tried to make stuff better, more geometry added
Train now moves faster

Now the map has 3 control points instead of 2
Removed vents
And more changes
