The old tf2_crane model now in brushes with updated textures
An updated brushwork of the model tf2_crane with the following changes:

Spruce: Fixing the hook brushwork to not be invalid

- Changed 2D planes into 3D
- Fixed floating parts
- Added details and emergency lights
- 3 color variants, RED, BLU and yellow
