This optimization pass entirely done by

- Most stuff is on grid now
- No more "diaper", every section self contained
- Added Areaportals, Soundscapes, Cubemaps
- Detailing between Snowycoast and Barnblitz and outside the fence on Barnblitz
- Tons of clipping improvements
- Improved displacements in some locations
- Added a trigger_teleport to move Red back to new spawn after 10 seconds when spawns change
