Why don't the models and overlays work

I was testing the map to see if the clientside had problems, so far all the models, textures, and vscript file actually got packed into the map
however, my friend reported that the zombie models and the zombie overlay were missing from the Zombie Infection map.


The properties of the gamemode are present and behave as intended but just not the models and overlays of the zombies
does anyone have a clue why this is?

I looked inside your bsp and not all necessary files are inside. Here is a comparison with your map and an orange map I tested ZI prefab

Can you tell all steps you did to compile your map?

I just used compile pal to run the compilation, then used the packing setting once the "publish" compile is done, I did add an additional parameter to the pack setting which is Include Directory and specificed to /tf/custom/zombie infection folder

ive also checked if the files are present in my copy and it is. Ive also tried the tf/custom directory and seems like its there too
