I heard that you only get the stuff if you buy/bought L4D2 when they put the offer out.
i don't know though if those of you who got the stuff had the game before the offer
I still don't have mine yet. My brother got his according to TF2Items, and he hasn't even had TF2 or L4D2 installed for a few months, so you don't need the game installed to get them.
