Yeah...since everyone else is throwing their servers out there, I might as post mine.

Its a 24 slot server, located in seattle (im not partial to the location, and am willing to move it if any kind of regular users want a switch), it is running sourcemod, otherwise no modifications (instagib can be enabled if I feel like restarting the server...I rarely do).
Think of this as a do it yourself server, I will create an ftp account for virtually anyone who asks (the limitations are to people who saw this thread, then signed up for the forum so they could get a free server, basically if ive seen you post something relevant before your fine). With these ftp accounts I am basically giving you full access to the server, you can do whatever you feel like, im not terribly concerned, I do ask that the server.cfg is left alone though. This enables you to compile a map, instantly upload it, raise the round time for that particular map while you are there (i can explain that later if anyone is interested), then get some people to play your map on a whim. The idea is that by bypassing the need to get formal releases to server ops you can get more testing on specific issues and quickly see how a change effects the gameplay. I do expect you to add yourself as a sourcemod admin...though I can help with that if necessary.
You do however need to know how to use ftp (a very simple thing, think windows explorer with icons in list form) and know enough of the basic operations of a server to know where to put things, if you've manually added maps to your own computer then you know this.
