water is black

The the water top is black of brownish with black spots on it. It looks normal underneath but is freaky up top. I already put cubemaps on the water yet nada

95% of the time, problems with water have to do with a leak in the map. So id check on that first and foremost.

Really I just posted though to ask you what the heck is happening in your sig. Is he tearing the ketchup bottle in half? Is he crying because the bottle somehow was torn in half? Is it a talking ketchup bottle? Why does he have those orange circles on his face?

The world may never know.

No, Pikachu is crying because someone (i think it was syther) broke his ketchup bottle and Pikachu loves ketchup.

You either have a leak as haphazard said
OR
You have not compiled with VVIS turned on.
Water does not work without VVIS compiled.

what have you changed since last time? have you fixed all leaks? run vvis? not run vvis?....

Vvis is one of the things that run when you compile. It only runs when you have no leaks that prevent it from running.
