Warpaint custom placement of textures?

Lets say I wanna make a warpaint for two weapons like the scattergun and minigun with custom placements of certain textures. How would I do that?

For Example the Necromanced. The eye placement is custom set for every weapon.
Any help or info is greatly apricated.
