The real-time reflections on the water absolutely destroy performance. Rendering the entire map twice just so that 2 OOB buildings reflect off of the water is not worth losing 100 frames over.

Beta 3

Detailed the last little bit of the map, pretty well finished the 3d skybox and added some fancy clouds, updated some cubemaps, updated the skybox texture as well as adding the env_sun, updated the route up towards the hotel on the lower part outside of spawn to get rid of the prop jump and did some basic clipping fixes.

The map should be pretty well complete now, all it needs are the last few custom assets and I say we're as good as gold!
