University TF2 Project Help

Hello TF2 Community!
For my University project I need to create a King of the hill map and have people play test it and gather feedback. I've created a MS form here with a few simple questions or just pop feedback into the comments section.

Thank you guys I'll look into this I am an absolute noob. I'm getting confused by the naming on steam, I thought it would be the name shown here from the screenshot which I put when I uploaded the map. It only seems to find the name in software of the file which saved in Hammer though which is kothmultiplayerleveldesign.
