I had a map differs from the server error duing an imp because I had playtested a map with the same name (koth_underpass_a2) back in 2019. I can't find it on the site anymore so might not be an issue for many others, but it's a good idea to check the name you choose hasn't been used before. Easiest way to check is probably by searching on the feedback site like this: https://feedback.tf2maps.net/search/underpass/
